“ We wanted to go to a non-touristy restaurant to enjoy a real authentic Italian experience. And that's exactly what we had! This place was AMAZING!! The owner was on there working with the staff. They wood fire cook the bread for the table along with other dishes... the flavor is absolutely deliciously outstanding! We hired a service (Joe Banana) to take us around as we were visiting several cities, we told our driver Giovanni that we wanted to experience a real authentic Italian restaurant he asked us what type of food we like to eat steak, pasta, fish of course we said everything! We left it in his hands and thank God we did he found this gem!! I wish we had more time just so we could have gone there every night for dinner! It was absolutely an amazing experience as a thank you we invited Giovanni to come to dinner with us... he translated the menu and spoke Italian with the owner who visited our table... showed us our meat before it was cooked and allowed us to try so many different things! Everything is handmade and the wood fire cooking is an extra added bonus! It's a little bit outside of the city 20 minutes ish but WOW is it worth it!! I definitely recommend this place 100% if you're ever in the area and even if you're not make it a point to go! ”

“ Excellent, quiet place for a traditional Tuscan dinner. The unusual table setting included markers inside old tomato cans from the 17th century, which explains the soundtrack that accompanied the dinner. Anyway, enough chit-chat, we had a good time, that's the point. In between, we had two good first courses and two second courses with a side dish, two desserts, and two glasses of wine, all for a reasonable price. So, good value for money. We'll definitely be back to try the tongue with green sauce. ”

“ Very welcoming, well-decorated, and well-managed. The atmosphere is relaxed, ideal for dinner. The menu is traditional Tuscan, but with subtle modern twists. The food is good and well-presented. It's also a pizzeria, but I haven't tried it in this capacity (the oven was off the night I was there). The prices are affordable. Definitely worth a try! ”

“ Whenever I'm in the area, especially during my lunch break, I never miss the opportunity to relax for an hour in this little, unusual spot for its location. I've always been very satisfied with the service and the dishes offered. I definitely recommend anyone in the area to try it at least once! As for the prices, they're average...obviously, you won't pay the same as at a "lunch spot," but the difference is worth it. Anyway, for lunch, I paid €26 for a main course, a first course, two large bottles of water, and two covers...highly recommended! ”
